Certifications
For SurgiTel, as one of the leading manufacturers of surgical telescopes around the world, quality is essential to our success. Since our products set the standard in innovation, we also want to set the standard in quality.
This is a primary reason why we achieved compliance with the international quality standards of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 (Medical Device standard). In order to fully meet these requirements, SurgiTel had to implement a process oriented quality management program, which focuses first and foremost on our customers. An independent auditor reviews our company systems to ensure that we meet these standards of quality.
There are other telescope companies that still sell their products without the ISO quality certification. In all honesty, we probably could do this too. But, why would we not provide our customers with the best quality?
We know that our partners and customers around the world require the best quality and precision products for their eyes and overall work. So, we at SurgiTel made it a point to validate that quality. Although we feel our products speak for themselves, maintaining our company to the ISO standard further speaks towards our commitment to quality.
