Bonus Entry
Receive one (1) additional entry by creating a video at the SurgiTel booth during CDA 2025 and posting it on your public Instagram or Facebook account with the hashtag #WinWithSurgiTel. The video must be posted by 4:00 PM PDT on May 17, 2025.
Receive one (1) additional entry by tagging two (2) dental friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Limit one (1) standard entry and two (2) bonus entries per person. Use of multiple accounts to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
The winner will be announced online via SurgiTel’s Facebook and Instagram pages on May 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST.

Eligibility: The SurgiTel Loupe and Light Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and are either a licensed dentist or dental hygienist at the time of entry. Entrants must attend the California Dental Association (CDA) 2025 event in Anaheim, California (“CDA 2025”). Employees, officers, and representatives of SurgiTel, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: Entries must be submitted between May 15, 2025, and 4:00 PM PDT May 17, 2025 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.
How to Enter: To participate, entrants must complete the following during the Entry Period:

Follow SurgiTel on both Facebook and Instagram.
Like the official Giveaway post on either SurgiTel’s Facebook or Instagram page.
Show proof of your comment to a SurgiTel representative at the SurgiTel booth during the event.
Bonus Entry: Receive one (1) additional entry by creating a video at the SurgiTel booth during CDA 2025 and posting it on your public Instagram or Facebook account with the hashtag #WinWithSurgiTel. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a SurgiTel Loupe and Light package, valued up to $4,690 USD. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of SurgiTel. Taxes, if any, may apply as per state laws.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram at 1:00 PM EST on May 19, 2025 and notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry (Facebook or Instagram). The winner must respond to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days of the announcement, or an alternate winner may be selected. All eligible entrants’ names will be entered into a spreadsheet, and a random number generator will be used to select the winning row number.
Verification: The winner must provide proof of eligibility (e.g., dental license or hygienist credentials) and attendance at CDA 2025 to claim the prize. Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of SurgiTel, which are final and binding. SurgiTel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, CDA, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
Publicity: By entering, participants grant SurgiTel permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content (including videos) for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: SurgiTel is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other issues that may prevent entry or prize delivery.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced online via SurgiTel’s Facebook and Instagram pages on May 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST.
