Send your loupes in for a tune up! $185 loupe tune up with a 7 business day turnaround.*
To keep your loupes working like new, you should send them in for a tune up at least once a year. This will ensure that your loupes are kept in great condition.
*Contact customer service one week before you send in your loupes for preapproval. If loupes are over 12 years old – please send photos with preapproval. Include your LED headlight for additional cost ($50). Additional two days is needed for light tests. To avoid a $100.00 service charge, you MUST disinfect your loupes. Refer to your user’s guide for the disinfecting procedure. Seven business day turnaround does not include shipping times. Overnight shipping is extra ($75). Repairs are not included in the tune up and may add additional days. If a repair is needed the customer will be notified with details. This program is only available for U.S. and Canadian customers.
What Is Included?
- Inspection and laser alignment of optics – FLM only
- Replace the hinge and hardware – FLM only
- Inspection of TTL alignment – realignment not included in tune up
- Ultrasonic and infection control cleaning
- Dovetail adapter replacement on frame and LED cable – if cable is sent in
- Screw replacement on frame and arms – Aero and Ergo frames only
- Replace the nose pads
- Replace the side shields – Aero and Ergo frames only, does not include old Ergo md/lg
- Replace the retainer strap
- Ear sock replacement or securing of ear socks – frame limitations apply
- Readjustment of your loupes
- O-ring replacement in working distance caps
- Clean your working distance caps
- New curing filter – if LED is sent in
- New cleaning cloth
- Battery cell test – if LED is sent in
